Box Office iPad or Card Reader Not Charging

If your iPad or card reader isn't charging, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  • If you are using a charger that was not included with the Box Office devices, please switch to the included charger. Generally, only use the included chargers.
  • If the included charger does not work, try another Apple charging cable.
  • Try to charge devices in another power outlet.
  • If the iPad isn't holding a charge, confirm the brightness is turned down in the iPad Settings.
