GoFan offers two options for obtaining your weekly payment reports.
If you need a closer look at your organization's Financial settings and Event/Weekly revenue tracking, you can now utilize the Financial button on the toolbar on the left-hand side in HQ. You can also click this link to be brought directly to your school's Financial Hub if you have already logged into your account.
Pulling Financial Reports
Towards the bottom is a listed view of all past financial reports generated. You can search either calendar or event-based financial statements by the date of the payment period or a combination of both.
You can also search for Event preliminary reporting using the Event payment history tab.
Enable email delivery of the weekly payment report
The option to receive a weekly payment statement report via email is defined under the Contact settings.
To access Contact settings, navigate to Accounts from either the menu or the quick links on the left-hand side of the dashboard. Click Edit for the Account you are updating. From the Accounts Page, look for the Contacts section at the top-middle of the page.
- Under the Contacts box, select the Contact you would like to receive the report
- Click Edit
- Under the Credentials section, check the box for "Can receive GoFan Weekly Payment Statements."
- Save
Previous Credit Balance
The Calendar-Based Payment captures all payment and refund transactions processed for your account for the previous week (Monday to Sunday).
There may be an instance where a partial payment is sent for an event, and then the event is canceled, or Refunds issued for an event exceed the amount due in ticket sales for the previous week (Monday- Sunday).
We will fully refund the canceled event to your fans and process approved individual refunds. The partial payment to you that is refunded to fans will be netted against future payments in the form of a credit balance or carryforward balance. The carryforward balance will show on your weekly payment statement as a deduction.
