Accessing Your Account Page
From PlayOn HQ, navigate to Accounts from the Dashboard.
The main accounts page is broken down into different sections. The information in each section can be edited by clicking the edit button in the top left-hand corner. Please note that some details for your school, such as the school name and address, are greyed out and can only be edited by our Support team.
Editing Your Account Details
From the Account tab, click the Edit icon in the box with your school name.
- Account Type describes the level of school (i.e., High School, Elementary School)
- Classification is your school type, either Public or Private
- Mascot is your school mascot
- Short name is used to generate your event name, i.e., Home School Short Name vs Away School Short Name. If you want to specify "Georgetown vs. Smith High School" instead of "Georgetown High School vs. Smith," this is where you can do that.
- School Address is the current address for your school. If you are being paid by check and no check information is available, this address is where your checks will go.
- Venues should reflect the actual location of your events. We encourage you to add a specific location to help users know where to go when they get to your school (i.e., Gymnasium A or Field 3). Please feel free to add as many venues as needed.
- Associations list your State Association and District. This should be pre-populated for you.
- Notes are optional and don't reflect anywhere on your GoFan ticket sales pages.
Editing Your GoFan Page
Your GoFan page Is where you will enable searchability functions, add social links, and manage your school color and logo. For more details, you can see our article How to Manage Your GoFan Page.
Editing Default Ticket Prices
Ticket Prices is where you can set your default ticket prices for events and levels. You can see further details in the Creating Default Tickets section of our Create Events articles.
