How to Provide Complimentary Tickets and Mobile Passes

You may have fans you would like to reward or who don't need to pay for tickets for your event. You can easily send complimentary tickets to guests right from the Quick Actions menu when editing your event.

Important Note: Always send comp tickets to the person using or distributing the tickets. GoFan tickets can only be transferred once.

 

How to Provide Complimentary Tickets

Navigate to the GoFan HQ Dashboard and choose the event for which you’d like to send comp tickets. Under the Quick Actions menu on the right-hand side, select  Manage Attendees from the dropdown, and then click Go.

 

Click the Comp tickets option at the top of the page. 

 

Enter an email address and the quantity of tickets. Click Send to send your comp ticket. 

How to Provide Complimentary Mobile Passes

All complimentary mobile passes must be sent through the individual mobile pass event created in HQ, and will function accordingly depending on how the original mobile pass was set up.

Complimentary mobile passes are entirely free for the receiver, and no charge will be associated with sending this pass for the school.

From your Dashboard in PlayOn HQ, click on the Mobile Pass Event.

 

From the individual Event Summary page under the Quick Actions section, click on the Manage Attendees dropdown and the Go button. 

Under the Manage attendees page, click on the blue-lettered Comp passes section.

Enter the required information and click Send.

You have now sent a complimentary mobile pass.
