If you find that a fan or staff person has accidentally redeemed a ticket before use, you can unredeem the ticket from PlayOn HQ.
If you're not at a desktop computer, you can unredeem and manage tickets on your mobile device by following our article How to Redeem Tickets for Fans in Mobile HQ.
From your Dashboard, find the event the ticket is associated with by finding it in the Our Events panel or clicking Events from the sidebar on the left.
From the Event Summary page, click the dropdown menu in the Quick Actions panel. Select Manage Attendees and then Go.
You can search for the attendee using their email address.
In the Status column, you will see the ticket marked as Used.
If you hover your mouse over the Used icon, you will see details about when the ticket was redeemed.
To unredeem the ticket, simply click the Used icon and you'll see a pop-up confirming that you will be unredeeming the ticket, which will allow the attendee to use the ticket again. Click Unredeem to continue.
The Status will then be updated to show as unused and it can now be redeemed at the time of the event.
