Why is My Screen Blank in HQ?

If you are working in PlayOn HQ and are trying to create or edit an event and encounter a scenario where the page does not load or is "blank," please try these steps to resolve it the issue:

1. Ensure that any pop-up blockers in your browser are not blocking PlayOn HQ or Pendo.io. Pendo.io is a tool that PlayOn uses for functionality purposes. 

2. If changing your pop-up blocker settings does not resolve the issue, please reach out to your school's internal IT Department or Specialist. Please have them verify that the school's Firewall is not blocking Pendo.io.

3. If the issue persists after working with your school's IT Department, please Contact PlayOn HQ Support.
