Device Purchasing Options
GoFan offers Box Office devices and self-checkout signs to supplement your digital ticketing strategy at your school. GoFan Box Office is our Point-of-Sale (POS) system that allows schools to accept credit card payments on-site at an event. Tickets purchased via GoFan Box Office will be reflected on your event report, and you will receive payment on those tickets along with all other purchased tickets.
To use GoFan Box Office, schools can purchase a card reader only or a Box Office kit, which includes a card reader, iPad, chargers, and self-checkout signs, in addition to the option of unlimited cellular connectivity.
Purchasing a Card Reader for Credit Card Transactions
To use GoFan Box Office, you must use a GoFan card reader. If you purchase a card reader only, an Apple iOS device, such as an iPad or iPhone, will still need to be used along with the card reader. Take a look at the How to Set Up Box Office Kits (iPads & Card Readers) article for more information.

Purchasing a Box Office Kit
The Box Office Kit is our best value option and includes an iPad, a card reader, charging cables, and optional unlimited cellular connectivity, along with 6 self-checkout signs to promote ticket sales. If you select the Box Office kit, you will have all the equipment needed to use Box Office at your events right away. Please note that we offer Verizon or AT&T LTE services for your location's connection preference. Select the option that works best for you at checkout.

Purchasing Self-Checkout Signs
GoFan self-checkout signs display a QR code to direct fans to your school's GoFan page to purchase tickets. These durable but lightweight plastic self-checkout signs are waterproof and can be placed near event venues or entrances to encourage fans to purchase tickets digitally before arriving at the gate.
