Leverage Seasons to add all your athletic PlayOn Site events at one time.

Create Sites Seasons
From your HQ Dashboard's quick start menu on the left, select Create a Season to get started.
Select the athletic events that you'd like to add to your Site and then click Continue.
Review and confirm that your school is set as the home or host school.
Select PlayOn Site Season and then Continue.
Edit Site Season Details
You can adjust all your event details in one integrated workspace on the Create Season setup page.
Under Adding Events, select manual input and enter the number of Home events you plan to display on your PlayOn Site.
Select the gender and sport level and enter the start time of your events.
Leave the Visibility toggle off so your Sites events will display on your Site. Turn it on to hide your events from your page.
Select which venue your events are held at and which season your events take place during.
Click Continue.
Add Site Events
For your home events, enter your opponents and dates.
If you're unable to find your opponent while searching, be sure to select create without opponent and type in your opponent's name.
To add more events for this particular season, select Add Events in the upper right and complete the event details.
Publish Your Season
Once this page is complete, select Publish Season in the bottom right.
To review additional details, select View Season.
Navigate to Season Management menu and leverage the Promote Your School Site resources to promote your athletic website and drive community engagement. Copy the link to share via social media or download your QR code and flyers.
