Districts have the ability to oversee and manage all events for schools in a district, giving them greater control and visibility. Districts can easily access, view, and drill into reports, providing deeper insights and streamlined oversight across all schools.
Managing Districts
From your PlayOn HQ Dashboard, click the Accounts page.
On the Account page, click on the School List option from the menu to view all of the individual member schools within your District.
On the School List dashboard, you'll see the school logo, name, mascot, and GoFan link. You find a specific school by using the search bar above.
Click on the name of a school to access its individual Account page. Each school also displays a three-dot icon to access additional settings. To navigate to the individual school's HQ Account page, you can select View School or Manage School.
To control District settings for the school, select District Settings.
On the District Settings page, use the drop-down menu to select the schools for which you'd like to configure settings.
Under Financial Information, select the default financial recipient for all your events. If the District receives the funds for all ticket sales, be sure to select the District here. If the individual school receives the funds, choose Home School.
Once set for the district or Home School, anytime an event is created in HQ, the chosen party will be set as the financial recipient to receive all ticket sales revenue. Please note, the financial recipient can continue to be updated on a per-event basis as needed.
Under School Access, toggle on the Allow Editing option to allow the individual schools to view or edit events that the District gets paid for. If you do not want the individual school to be able to access or edit events where the District is the default financial, leave this toggle off.
Click Save in the bottom right and then click Close on the left to return to the previous page. You can follow the same steps to make additional changes to other schools from your School List.

District Dashboard
In your PlayOn HQ Dashboard, you will see the Select Your Schools panel, which displays your District name and the individual schools within your District.
Depending on which schools are selected, their ticketing and streaming event information will be displayed in the Our Events panel of the Dashboard.
Click the dropdown menu to select which schools you want to manage. To view a specific school, uncheck any other schools and leave that school checked. This will update the Dashboard to show event information for only the selected schools.
View Ticket Sales By Venue
You can filter your Dashboard by venue, allowing you to see events happening at a specific venue and track ticket sales for that location.
Click the Filter icon in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard. Scroll down to the Venues drop-down and select your desired venue.
Scroll down further and click Apply. This will display only the events and ticket sales for the venue you've selected.
Event Creation
Under the Quick Start menu, you have the option to add events for the District or individual schools. Click Create an Event.
From the Select the School drop-down menu, select which school the event is for. Continue to create an event.
Reports
On your Dashboard, you can access the weekly payment statements or event summaries. In the Sales/Summary Report panel, choose a report type and which District or school you want to view reports for. Enter in the proper date and click Download Report.
Ticket Insights
Use the data on the Dashboard to review ticket sales by activity, week, or year-to-date sales by activity. In the Schools drop-down list, choose the District or specific schools you'd like to see the data for.
This data should not be used for reconciliation purposes. Use your weekly payment statements to reconcile ticket sales revenue.
GoFan Page Links and QR Codes
Access your District and individual school GoFan page links and QR codes, click View All Links on your Dashboard.
This will show you the school name, GoFan page link, downloadable QR code and QR code flyer. Click the paper clip icon to copy the URL and click the arrow icon to download a code or flyer.
These resources will direct fans to the school's individual GoFan pages where all events will be listed.
