How to Use Partner Integrations to Set Up Ticketing & Streaming Events in HQ

Use the Event Monitor in GoFan HQ to quickly publish seasons or single events from partner integrations ArbiterSports, DragonFly, RankOne, rSchoolToday, and VNN.

Managing Your Partner Integrations Events

To get started, click on the Event Monitor in your HQ Dashboard.

This will display all sports seasons from your partner integrations that are ready to manage and publish. If you have multiple integrations, you can click on each relevant source on the left.

Clicking on a sports season in the middle panel will show all individual game events on the right.

You can publish from here, by clicking in the top-right corner, or chose to review the opponents, dates, times, and ticket prices before publishing your seasons. 

To make specific changes to your season, click on the Modify option on the season in the middle panel.

Modifying Season Settings

Once you've clicked Modify on a season, you'll open this page with Season Settings.

You have the option to select Ticketing and/or Streaming for your season.

To combine sport levels for your seasons, select the teams under Add Teams.

Once selected, you have the ability to configure the start time by level.

If you select Different start time for all teams, you can then click Edit details on the individual event in the middle panel to configure broadcast times. You can also determine if you'd like to upload a VOD (video on demand) after the event has ended and if you need to set VOD blackout dates.

Publish Your Season

Once you've made any above modifications to your season, click Publish.

Note that you will not be able to publish if you do not have default ticket prices set. If you don't have default ticket prices set for your season, Event Monitor will allow you to create them in the center panel before clicking Modify.
