How to Manage Events With Limited Cellular Service

Redemption Process:

1. Download Manage Attendees from HQ to manually check-in your fans.
   • Navigate to the event from your HQ Dashboard. 
   • Select "Manage Attendees" from the Quick Actions menu.
   • Select "Download Attendees" to export the Manage Attendees Report into an Excel spreadsheet.
2. Access Mobile HQ via a mobile web browser to redeem tickets by searching for the fan's email. 

Purchasing at the Door:

Box Office allows you to purchase via credit card. 

1. Connect your Box Office device to an available WiFi network in order to accept payment at the door. 
   • Select the Settings app and navigate to the WiFi settings.
   • Toggle on the WiFi option.
   • Select a secure WiFi network.
