How to Redeem Tickets for Fans in Mobile HQ

Redeeming tickets allows schools to grant entry when their fans cannot find their tickets. These ticket issues arise when purchased tickets have been sent to the wrong email address, an email address may not be remembered, or the tickets simply did not appear in their inbox.

PlayOn Mobile HQ allows you to redeem and unredeem tickets right from your mobile device, making the process fast and easy, especially if you're at the event entrance.

When Can Tickets Be Redeemed?

The redemption must occur within the allotted time for ticket redemption. For example, if an event is set to start at 7:00pm and your Ticket Redemption Window is set for 4 hours, you are able to redeem tickets from 3:00pm until the closing time of the event. If there is no gate opening time set, tickets can be redeemed at any time.

How to Redeem Tickets in Mobile HQ

From your Mobile HQ Dashboard, click Fans from the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Next, enter the fan's email address and search to see all ticket purchases associated with that account. Click on the specific event listed that you want to redeem tickets for.

Choose either ‘Use All Tickets’ or simply redeem any number of tickets.

Once you've clicked on the event, you can select Use All to redeem all purchased tickets at once or instead click Use Ticket to redeem a specific ticket or tickets under that order.

How to Unredeem Tickets in Mobile HQ

If you find that a fan or staff person has accidentally redeemed a ticket before use, you can unredeem the ticket from Mobile HQ by clicking Un-use Ticket
