After you publish a Season, you can update settings at a season level or by individual events. You can access Seasons in three ways.
How to Edit Seasons
From your PlayOn HQ Dashboard, click Seasons from the menu on the left.
Click the three-dot icon to the far right. Here you can chose to View/Edit season, Manage Attendees, Create season ticket package, or Delete season.
A Season can only be deleted if no Season ticket packages have been sold and if the events in the Season have yet to sell tickets. See How to Reschedule, Cancel, or Delete an Event for more information.
When selecting View/Edit season, you'll be brought to your Season page.
Season Summary
On the Season Summary tab, you can view insights for each sport level in your sport season.

Your Teams
You can search for or click on other Teams to view their Season Summary page without needing to navigate back to your Seasons page.

Season Overview
Under Season Overview, you can see the dates and number of events in your selected Season.

Top Game
In the Top Game panel, you will see the event in your Season that sold the most tickets. You can click View Event to navigate to its event management page.

Download Your Season
You can export your Season schedule and list of completed games for your records by using the dropdown menu to select a sport level and clicking Download.
A zip file can then be saved to your device, which will contain pdf files of your games.

Season Tickets
In the Season Tickets panel, you'll see all of the ticket types and prices sold in your Season.
Season Management
In the Season Management tab, you can view insights for each sport level in your sport season under Your Teams and see the corresponding ticket sales details under Season Events.

Season Details
See location details and dates for your Season events. You can update the Season dates and location, but you will not be able to update sport, sport level, or gender. If you need to change these fields, you must do it from your Events page and selecting individual events within the Season.

Quick Actions
In the Quick Actions panel, click the dropdown arrow to Manage Attendees, Create season ticket package, Add new event, or Delete season.

Drive Season Sales
Promote your Season by sharing the link to your Season page and downloading flyers and QR codes for ticket sales. Our article How to Use QR Codes for Events has additional details.

Season Settings
In the Season Settings panel, under Season visibility, you can modify if your Season appears on your ticketing page, the total tickets available, and the time of year in which your Season takes place.

Additional Information
Collect more details from attendees by adding fields to your Season ticket sales. Any additional fields already created will display here, including if you've created any custom fields. Click the pencil edit icon to manage or create more.

Event Settings
In Event Settings, you can update details for events in your Season.
Event Visibility: Display the event on your GoFan page.
Event Purchase Limit: How many tickets can an attendee purchase per order.
Event Capacity: The total number of tickets available, either Unlimited, or a set number. See How to Manage Event Capacity and Ticket Sales for complete information.
Event Alert: Add a note that will display on your GoFan ticketing page to inform attendees. See How To Create And Use Alerts for more details.
Gate Opening Time: When the venue will open for ticket redemption.
Additional Information: Any of the additional fields being collected on ticket purchases.
Tickets
In the Tickets tab, you can view and manage tickets by Season and sport level.
